Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Sidelines Discord application and the Sidelines website (“Sidelines,” “the app,” or “we”), provided by Xinate, LLC, the company that owns XinateStudios. By installing or using Sidelines, you agree to these Terms and to Discord’s applicable terms and policies.
Using Sidelines
You must be eligible to use Discord under its age requirements and the laws that apply to you. Use Sidelines only through authorized Discord features and do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its hosting systems.
Server administrators are responsible for choosing the channels and teams used for shared server features and for ensuring they have authority to configure the server. Members are responsible for their own team, alert, schedule, profile, and check-in choices.
Sports information
Schedules, scores, team names, status, and timing are supplied by third-party sports data providers and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Sidelines is provided for fan information and entertainment, not as an official source. Do not rely on it for time-sensitive decisions.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue Sidelines or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, delivery of every alert, or compatibility with every Discord server configuration. You can stop using the app by removing it from your server and disabling your subscriptions.
Paid features
If paid features become available, their price, renewal, cancellation, and included benefits will be shown before purchase and will be subject to Discord’s applicable subscription terms. No paid Sidelines feature is promised by these Terms unless it is offered for purchase in Discord.
Intellectual property and affiliation
Sidelines, its original website design, and its branding are provided by Xinate, LLC through XinateStudios. Sports league, team, and third-party data provider names and marks belong to their respective owners. Sidelines is independent and is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Discord, the NHL, NFL, NBA, MLB, any club, or TheSportsDB.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sidelines is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Xinate, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of Sidelines. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access to Sidelines if use violates these Terms, Discord policies, applicable law, or the security or operation of the service. You may stop using Sidelines at any time.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version here and changing the effective date. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@xinate.com.
